                  Welcome to Another Broken Egg Cafe  brand guidelines.
                  The purpose of this brand guideline document is to explain the

                  use of Another Broken Egg Cafe brand style and reinforce
                  consistent application of visual and messaging elements in all
                  communications. This includes such items as advertising pieces,
                  business cards, packaging, presentations and all other

                  customer-facing and internal materials.


                  Another Broken Egg of America Franchising, LLC (the “Company”)
                  identifies our brand by means of certain trademarks, service marks,

                  logos, emblems, and indicia of origin as hereinafter defined, or
                  otherwise in writing, for use in connection with our brand
                  (the “Proprietary Marks”). The Company is the sole and exclusive
                  owner of these Proprietary Marks.



                  All marketing materials are to be created by Another Broken Egg Cafe
                  Marketing unless otherwise stated. If creating your own materials
                  outside of Another Broken Egg Cafe Marketing, these pieces must be

                  approved by Marketing prior to publication.
