Who We Are
Since our original Broken Egg Cafe opened in 1996 in Old Mandeville,
Louisiana, it’s been our passion to create exceptional, craveable food —
all with the care of a true artisan. We've set an expectation of our
dishes so high that the only way to make them any better is to
complement them with one of our spirited, hand-crafted cocktails.
Today, Another Broken Egg Cafe brand is a leader in the fast-growing
breakfast, brunch and lunch segment, with approximately 100 locations
nationwide and dozens more in development.
Based in Orlando, Florida, the company specializes in the daytime
dining segment. Breakfast and brunch are the two fastest-growing
dayparts in the restaurant industry. And given that both segments are
our primary focus, we make sure we execute them very, very well.
From age 5 to 95, everyone loves to eat breakfast out, and we
have a variety of menu options, with and without eggs, that are sure to
please every palate.
We are known for our Brunch Specialties, including our very popular
Shrimp ‘N Grits, Crab Cake Benedict and our Lobster & Brie
Omelette. People really love seafood for brunch, and our menu doesn’t
disappoint. Our pancakes, including our Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese
and our Cinnamon Roll French Toast, are truly one of a kind
(and maybe just a little bit decadent).
